I prefer the capsules because they have zinc and bitter melon. I will use the liquid but when I order next time it will the capsules..

This has worked really well for me, my cough is much better as well as my allergies
Been taking it for about two weeks the one thing that I noticed was that I’m not using the restroom during the night maybe once instead of three times.

My son and I both used the same bottle just to see it if works. Within a day or so we felt better. Let's just say our systems started "removing" toxins expeditiously LOL! I use slippery elm lozenges and know it is of high quality finding a product using it. They were easy to swallow and didn��t give me any tummy pains, YAY.

Be sure to stay hydrated and if you have that memo pouch, this is worth trying. I feel so great in the mornings and look forward to seeing more results as each month progresses!

Combination of the three ingredients puts me to sleep within 45 minutes. And it keeps me asleep. I wake up in the morning quite refreshed. I will keep buying.
