I tried the pineapple and peach flavors this time. the pineapple is good but haven't tried the peach. The rasberry gummies I bought last time were tasty but were stuck together. I managed to get them out with small food tongs. No problems this time
It give me energy, I could make it through the day

I was searching online for berberine and came across this website and got to looking around at some of the other products offered when I saw this Mag Complex. I am not new to magnesium and take it to help me sleep but I still wasn't getting that deep sleep. Since I have been taking this mag complex, I now sleep more soundly and it has actually helped my body regain it's natural sleep/wake rhythm.
