Has taken a lot of inflammation and pain out of my back.
I have been having a lot of problems from osteoporosis and the metal where they reattached my foot with the screws popping and causing the bone to fragment. After a month (or maybe 6 weeks) of using this is hasn’t happened again and the chronic pain in my lower back is subsiding.
Got off my sleeping meds with them. I need more magnesium for a real good nights sleep. But I will def keep using them
I wish u giys have more availability on amzon bc its only pineapple whicj doemst taste good as a strawberry but otherwise great magnesium

I prefer the capsules because they have zinc and bitter melon. I will use the liquid but when I order next time it will the capsules..

This has worked really well for me, my cough is much better as well as my allergies
Been taking it for about two weeks the one thing that I noticed was that I’m not using the restroom during the night maybe once instead of three times.
