Excellent I have been taking it for almost 3 weeks now I have lost 10 pounds no bloating I mean going to the bathroom around 4 times in the morning is ok it's cleaning my gut out of everything that being said I actually get hungry feeling in my stomach I cut back on big portions eating. I have quit smoking I have no desire for it anymore.
