This is a staple for me during the winter with zinc. So far I've had a little tingle of a cold, but nothing crazy. The k2 is a must combination with the D3 to make it work.

This is a great supplement. I bought it for my daughter as a Cortisol Reducer, Detox Manager. It includes Ashwagandha, Magnesium, L-theanine, Phosphatidylserine and Vitamin B6 and help with Mood, Focus and Sleep. There are 90 in the botte and at the recommended dosage of 2 per day that makes for 45 days of a great supplement. They arrived quickly and were well packaged and sealed.

I got this D3 K2 supplement in and it works great. I have a vitamin D deficiency and even with my prescription from the doctor my vitamin D is still low. I was hunting something with a high potency and this has 10,000 IUs which is what I was hunting for. These are also gel capsules so they’re really easy to swallow. Another thing I like is they give you a 2 months supply which I really like.
Overall these work very well and I would recommend them.

Great tasting gummies. Good for people who can't swallow. Says it's a detox manager. So with ashwaGanda magnesium, I can tell that my mood was calmer. Didn't notice anything when it came to focus. It's a 90 count tummy. It's still too early. Normally, I will give myself 3 months and I'm still within the first month. Way too early. It's a 15:1. Haven't noticed a difference in my memory or concentration nor bones and joint. Will keep using. You do take these at night. I do noticed that I do doze off after tAking these gummies. I can't really tell if my energy levels since I'm constantly doing the same thing.

I really like these D3 and K2, as MK7, for a few reasons; they are non-GMO, 3rd party tested, have no artificial ingredients or sugar, are made in the USA under GMP procedures, are easy to swallow, and they have coconut oil (yeah) for added delivery and absorption. The 10,000 IU is my recommended dosage of D3, and it's nice to have it combined with K2. I have been taking both for years as a part of my daily supplement routine. These do have gelatin, for those who prefer it without. Not sure how it is vegetarian with the gelatin.. A 60 day supply was just under $11, I feel this was a good deal.

These cortisol supplement gummies themselves are soft, smooth and easy to chew. The natural pineapple flavor tastes great, making it a treat to take them daily. They’re convenient and enjoyable with no unpleasant aftertaste.
