I have tried two bottles of tjis product about a year age. Mainly to help with blood sugar. It did make a big difference with my numbers. It was very noticeable by my Endocrinologist. I don't regularly test my blood sugar (can't stand the finger stick). I have noticed my number have gone back up. Also the last time I was using this product I did notice some significant weight loss around eleven pounds. Not drastic weight weight loss. So I'm back and I'm going to be more consistent this time.
I felt like my blood glucose was more managed when I took this product! I know ingredients like cinnamon and bitter melon helps so I know for sure this product will work wonders for me.

Love that its in liquid form! I hate swallowing big capsules, so this is perfect. Been adding it to my water bottle every day and I feel less bloated after meals.
