Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@greenpeople.life. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non‑returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Wholesale Orders:
Wholesale or bulk orders are not covered under our 30‑day return or free exchange policy. These orders are produced and packed based on customer specifications and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, unless the products arrive damaged or incorrect.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.


Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
