I look forward to taking these magnesium gummies every night because they taste delicious and I am ready for bed about 20mins after taking them. I sleep deep and sound and wake up fresh with no grogginess or any digestive issues. I have been taking these for about a year now and just love them! One tip, I store the bottle upside down because sometimes the gummies stick together and they are harder to get out of the container but if you store the bottle upside down they are always close to the opening.

I am really not sure how to know if it works but it is a really good selection of herbs. I figure it cannot hurt to add several different brands and blends into my day when I can. Every thing is so toxic nowadays, I am trying to throw my body a little support.
