I am aware that these are a supplement and they will effect everyone differently. I also encourage people to talk to their health care providers prior to starting a supplement. I got these because I have a tendency to get a lot of RLS, clench my jaw, and more. I need to often relax and "take a chill pill" to relax to go to bed. I love how these are sugar free and perfect for pre-bed if needed! I have noticed with consistent use that my sleep has been improving a lot! I feel more rested when I wake up. I like that these are chews/gummies! They taste great as well and do not leave an after taste at all!
