Herbal Supplement a Better Alternative

I got this Ashwagandha liquid to try and I have been using it for the past few months. It is an herbal supplement that consists of not just ashwagandha but also includes L-theanine, and magnesium, all together as one liquid. The supplement is designed to support good brain, immune system, and mood health. I wanted to try this herbal supplement because my mind races a hundred miles an hour, and sometimes it feels like my body is running on overdrive to keep up.

The dose for this supplement is just a single dropperful twice a day. The flavor of the supplement is pineapple which actually is not bad at all . Much more pleasant than i had anticipated. It is not like a magic switch, but it is a noticeable shift. I have consistently gotten what feels like a better quality of sleep.

As far as affecting my immune system that can not be said for sure, if it is, that is an added bonus. It is a little pricey but it is a natural supplement and that seems a better approach than other available options. I would recommend it for others to try.

A better tasting Ashwagandha...

Very pleased with the combo of ingredients, I take lots of magnesium so this is nice that I can add this in the mix and get even more. I will say Ashwagandha typically tastes terrible and you can definitely taste it under the pineapple which is doing its best... That said its not a deal breaker. Good stuff.

A good product, if you use ashwagandha.

I can't comment on the efficacy of ashwagandha. I don't know that I see much difference in my mood, etc.. My wife does use it regularly.
I can say that if you do use it, this is a decent product. Easy to use, and the dropper has markings on it so you can measure an accurate dose. The taste is pretty pleasant if you want to take it directly on your tongue.
Recommended if you use the stuff.

Great natural ingredients

These liquid Ashwagandha drops are so convenient to use. Much nicer then having to swallow pills. It comes with a nice dropper, and has a somewhat medicine-pineapple flavor. It's kind of a heavier looking brownish color. I do like all of the natural ingredients in this. I haven't really noticed much of a mood improvement yet, but I have only started using this for a few days.
